Tl dr dumb guy can't figure out a way to edit his. This footage means a lot to me and the quicker I can get to editing it the happier I would be. Besides, I enjoy just having software available to play around with whenever I like and Premiere Pro CS6 enables that to happen. Is this just an issue where I have to bite the bullet and get Creative Cloud? If I do go ahead and go with CC, can I still keep my Premiere Pro CS6? I went with Premiere Pro CS6 so I could just own an editing software and not have to pay monthly as sometimes, you know, an extra $20 a month is hard to come by. Some of the leads I had found me downloading Canon XF Utility and Adobe Media Encoder. I had done some research and it appears as if Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 never had had a history of playing nice with. I am unable to import with Media Browser as well. When I try to import either the proxy videos or the 4K videos into Premiere Pro CS6, I get a File Import Failure prompt with an error message that reads "File format not supported." The 4K Video files are saved as the same file types. The 1080 Proxy Video files are saved onto my computer as. Shooting with this camera created 1080 Proxy Video files and 4K video files.
